Cancellation Policy

To secure your reservation, we require a payment of 50% of the total service cost at the time of booking. This payment is non-refunded in the event of a cancellation.
If you pay the basic rate, you will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel your booking.

With the Plus rate, you are entitled to a refund of the money paid provided you have cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the booking. With the Plus rate, you can also request that the money you have paid be used for a future booking rather than being refunded, provided you request this at least 7 days before the start of the booking

Please ensure cancellations are communicated in writing via email at least 7 Days prior to the scheduled service date to ensure proper processing of your credit. Failure to notify within this period may result in forfeiture of the credit.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to clients with active reservations.

Accidental insurance

You can insure your bike from any damage that happens during your time on our bike. This starts from 5€/day but varies depending on the bike. This insurance does NOT cover the loss of the bicycle.
What does this insurance cover:
Accidental damage or damage of the bike
Repair or replacement of damaged components of the bicycle due to normal use or event of an accident
