Cancellation Policy

To secure your reservation, we require a payment of 50% of the total service cost at the time of booking. This payment is non-refunded in the event of a cancellation. However, the paid amount will be held as a credit for your future use, valid for up to one (1) year from the date of cancellation. This credit can be applied toward any of our services, subject to availability and current pricing at the time of rebooking. No additional deposit or reservation fee is required.

Please ensure cancellations are communicated in writing via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date to ensure proper processing of your credit. Failure to notify within this period may result in forfeiture of the credit.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to clients with active reservations.

Accidental insurance

You can insure your bike from any damage that happens during your time on our bike. This starts from 5€/day but varies depending on the bike. This insurance does NOT cover the loss of the bicycle.
What does this insurance cover:
Accidental damage or damage of the bike
Repair or replacement of damaged components of the bicycle due to normal use or event of an accident
